Doctors Called in as Protesting Lawmaker Takes Ill in Lok Sabha
Doctors had to be called in today to the Lok Sabha, when a lawmaker from the CPM, who was protesting in the well of the House, fell ill with high blood pressure. The House was then adjourned till 4 pm.

GST, Mega Tax Reform, Tabled in Lok Sabha
The government has introduced a constitutional amendment bill for its mega tax reform, the Goods and Services Tax, in the Lok Sabha. But Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said in the Rajya Sabha that the bill would be taken up only in the Budget Session. The current session ends on Tuesday next.
