Pathankot: A woman was today arrested after she was found roaming in paramilitary force uniform near the cantonment area here, police said.
The woman, identified as Raminder Kaur, was roaming near the Tank Chowk here wearing force uniform following which army personnel detained her and handed her over to the police, Pathankot SSP R K Bakshi said.
A case has been registered against the woman under section 171 (misuse of uniform), 419 and 420 of IPC, he said. Police also recovered logos of Punjab Police and BSF while frisking her, he said.
The woman will also undergo a medical examination tomorrow to find out if she is suffering from any mental illness, he added
