A woman allegedly set herself ablaze along with her one-year-old daughter following atrocities over dowry demands in Pal Chandraha village, police said today.
Anita Yadav (25) set herself ablaze along with her daughter Anshika in their house last night, ASP K C Goswami said.
Parents of the deceased woman have alleged that she committed suicide following atrocities over dowry demands by her in-laws, he said adding, further investigations are on in the case.
