World Now Agrees With India On Pakistan-Sponsored Terror, Says Jitendra Singh
Jitendra Singh asserted that Pakistan's involvement in promoting terrorism in India has been evident.
Jammu: Asserting that there is no need for evidence of Pakistan's complicity in the Kashmir issue as Nawaz Sharif is openly saying they will get it back, Union Minister Jitendra Singh today claimed the world now agreed with India that the time has come to unite in the fight against the neighbouring country.

"Now (Pakistani Prime Minister) Nawaz Sharif is openly saying we will get back Kashmir. They (Pak) are directly or indirectly claiming credit for (aiding and abetting) the ongoing insurgency and unrest. So, there is no need for any evidence now," he told reporters in Jammu.

The Union Minister of State (MoS), Prime Minister's Office was reacting to Nawaz Sharif's remark on Friday that the day was not far when the struggle of the Kashmiris will meet with success and Jammu and Kashmir will be part of Pakistan.

Mr Singh said, "The United Nations too has said that it (Kashmir) is India's internal matter. Now, the world has come to acknowledge India's point of view (on Kashmir) and it is time for us to be united in the fight (against Pakistan)."

He asserted that Pakistan's involvement in promoting terrorism in India has been evident on more than one occasion.

Responding to a question on Lashkar-e-Taiba leader Hafiz Saeed's claim that he had received a call from killed Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani, Mr Singh said it amounted to an "open confession" which the entire world should take note of.

The union minister urged all the political parties to unite in the fight against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism.
