New Delhi:
In an unexpected event, Senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha has resigned as the party in-charge for Punjab.
NDTV has learnt that, Sinha told BJP he did not have time for this additional responsibility. However, sources say, Sinha was unhappy for not being considered for the Jharkhand CM's post.
After a deadlock of over three months, Arjun Munda was sworn in as the Jharkhand Chief Minister last week.
The BJP top brass however, gave the event a miss.
