Swaraj Abhiyan leader Yogendra Yadav today slammed Delhi Chief Minister and former AAP colleague Arvind Kejriwal for joining hands with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and RJD chief Lalu Prasad in Bihar, saying the move amounted to "selling out the soul of the anti-corruption movement".
Yogendra Yadav attacked the Delhi Chief Minister for supporting Nitish Kumar and Lalu Yadav ahead of Bihar elections against the BJP. "A person who was a hero of the anti-corruption movement will now be spotted with Nitish on one side and Lalu on the other," said Mr Yadav.
In another jibe, Mr Yadav said, "The day is not far when he will be flanked by Sharad Pawar too,"
Mr Yadav was attending a Sammelan organised by
Narmada Bachao Andolan (NBA) leader Medha Patkar where he also demanded the resignation of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on moral grounds.
The Swaraj Abhiyan leader also criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government, terming it a "corporate government".
He also alleged that PM Modi government had ignored the interests of the people hit by the Sardar Sarovar project.
