The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has filed a closure report in the case of a young girl, Yogita Thakre, whose body was found inside a car in 2009 on the premises of Bharatiya Janata Party president Nitin Gadkari's residence.
The CID closure report says that seven-year-old Yogita Thakre's death was accidental.
A Magistrate court in Nagpur will give its verdict on the CID report on December 21.
