Dubai: A five-year-old Indian child has been killed and four others injured in Qatar when their school van overturned after crashing against the median of a road.
Adien Mathew Shaji's body was taken to Kerala yesterday, Gulf Times reported.
Shaji died when his school van overturned after crashing against the median of the road on Thursday. Four other have children sustained injuries. One of them has to undergo a plastic surgery, the report said.
The children were travelling home from their kindergarten school in Madinat Khalifa.
Kerala Minister for Social welfare MK Muneer who was on a personal visit to Qatar paid homage to Adien at the mortuary.
