Dubai: A 29-year-old Indian worker in the UAE has allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself from a ceiling fan.
The worker was reportedly suffering from depression due to psychological and social problems which might have prompted him to end his life, Gulf News reported.
The worker committed suicide in Sharjah using a rope yesterday, the official said, adding that the body has been shifted to Kuwaiti Hospital and then to the forensic laboratory for an autopsy.
Till now, the police do not suspect involvement of anyone else.
