Singapore: Singapore's Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) officers have arrested 29 people in an inland operation around the city state, the ICA said on Wednesday.
Among those arrested, 26 were allegedly from China and India. They were aged between 26 and 62 years old. Most had overstayed in Singapore, Xinhua reported.
Of the other three, one work permit holder was caught for having duty-unpaid cigarettes and two others were arrested for allegedly harbouring offenders.
