Jaipur: A seven-year-old girl today fell into a 50-feet deep borewell at Ajeetgarh area of Sikar district in the state, police said.
The incident occurred at around 9 AM, when Sunita, while playing in his father's agriculture field, went to have a look into an open borewell in their neighbours farm and fell into it, police said.
A team comprising of Army jawans and NDRF personnel has reached the spot and recuse operation is in full swing, they said.
A number of JCB machines were also put in action to remove sands and mud as a precaution to save the girl child, they said.
