Jaipur:
A couple allegedly committed suicide after poisoning their four daughters in Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan, police said on Sunday.
The incident occurred late last night when Omprakash (35) and his wife Shukli Devi (30) first gave poison to their daughters Puja (8), Anjali (5), Archna (3) and a year old Munni, and later consumed it themselves in Rodawali village, they said.
The matter was being probed to ascertain the reason why they took the extreme step, police said.
