Jaipur: Patients today faced a hard time in SMS hospital, the biggest government hospital in the state, following disruption in electricity supply tonight.
Three patients of ICU were shifted to another hospital where alternate arrangements for light were available, hospital sources said. There was no power supply in emergency and other wards in SMS hospital, the sources said.
"There is no electricity for the last 3 hours in the area due to some fault. We have informed the electricity department. Alternate arrangements were available in another ICU where 3 patients have been shifted," they said.
Several other areas in the city faced the similar situation and were in the dark due to disruption in the power supply which began after widespread rainfall tonight.
