Jaipur:
Two Nigerian nationals, studying in different institutions in Jaipur, were arrested on Tuesday on charges of robbing an auto-rickshaw driver.
Daniel Homa, aged 28, and Namir Abubakar (25) hired an auto-rickshaw on Monday from SMS hospital in Jaipur to go to a college in Jagatpura, police said.
Upon reaching their destination, the Nigerians, both roommates and students of Hotel Management, refused to pay the fare.
They allegedly thrashed the auto-driver, snatched Rs 200 from him and fled, police said.
After the auto-driver filed an FIR in this regard and both the Nigerians were arrested.
