Jaipur: Moderate to heavy rains lashed several parts of Rajasthan even as dry weather prevailed in north and northeastern parts of the state.
Raniwara in Jalore district recorded the most showers at 15 cm followed by Reodar (Sirohi) at 14 cm rains till morning since yesterday.
Mount Abu recorded 9 cm whereas Ramganjmandi received 7 cm and other places also recorded below 7 cm rains during this period.
Heavy rainfall was experienced at isolated places in Kota, Jodhpur and Udaipur divisions, the Met department said.
Till evening, Chittorgarh and Jodhpur recorded 18 and 0.4 mm rains respectively.
The weather was mainly dry in Bikaner and Bharatpur divisions.
