Body of policeman found with bullet marks in Jammu park

Jammu: The bullet ridden body of a policeman was found in a park in Jammu, officials said.

Acting on specific information, police recovered the body of Constable Rakesh Kumar with bullet injuries in the park at Canal Road in Jammu city this morning, a police officer said.

Kumar was serving as a Personal Security Officer (PSO) of a political leader.

A case has been registered in this regard, he said, adding that further investigation is on in the case.
