Seven injured as bus plunges into gorge in Jammu

Jammu: Seven persons were injured when a bus skidded off a road and rolled down into a gorge on Jammu-Srinagar national highway on the outskirts of the city on Wednesday.

The bus, which was on its way from Banihal to Jammu, skidded off the road and rolled down into a gorge at Nagrota, 12-kilometre from Jammu, police officials said.

In the mishap, seven persons were injured and were shifted to a hospital for treatment, they said.
