New Delhi: Online registration portal of Airport Authority of India (AAI) for recruitment to the posts of Junior Executive (Civil, Electrical and Electronics) and junior assistant (fire services) is open now. Interested engineering graduates, Diploma holders in mechanical, automobile, fire and 12th pass candidates can apply for the post. Candidates should note for junior executive post, applications from GATE 2016 qualified candidates will be considered. Out of the total number of posts 200 vacancies are for junior executive post. Job notifications are available at the official website of AAI at aai.aero.
For Junior Assistant post, applications have been invited from candidates who are domicile of Delhi, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh for recruitment at various airports in the Northern Region.
Those applying for junior assistant post should have valid heavy vehicle driving license or valid medium vehicle license issued at least one year before the date of advertisement or valid light motor vehicle license issued at least two years before the date of advertisement. Such candidates will also undergo driving test on light motor vehicle.
The last date for submission of online application for Junior Executive post is 17 October 2017; it is 14 October for Junior Assistant post.
