APPSC Group 2 Services Exam Pattern, Syllabus And More

New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission / APPSC Group 2 Services exam is just round the corner. With only 10 days left for the examination, here's a brief outline of the exam pattern and syllabus. APPSC will conduct the examination on 26 February 2017 (forenoon). Candidates who have successfully submitted their applications should now gear up their preparation. The Commission had invited applications for the same in the later quarter of previous year. The screening test will be objective type and have to be answered on computer system.

Mock Test
In order to make the examination easier and convenient for examinees, the Commission has provided a mock test on its official portal. Candidates should make use of this facility, before appearing for the examination.

The selection process is being held for recruiting eligible candidates against 982 vacancies.

APPSC Group 2 Services Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The screening test will comprise of questions related to current affairs (national and international politics, economics, science, arts, etc.), constitution of India (Federalism, Fundamental Duties, Judicial Review, etc.) and economic developments of India medieval India economy, pre independence economy, Liberalizations, Privatization, Globalization, Labour Policies of Union and State Governments, role of Agriculture and Green Revolution in India, Economic disparities between regions and population categories, etc.)

In a recent update, APPSC has given an important information regarding the examination. The Commission has stated that if any data related to Local study or Community Status is incorrect in Hall tickets of any candidate, facility would be provided after screening test is over. Therefore, candidates are advised not to worry on this aspect.
