Bihar Police Constable Recruitment For 9900 Vacancies; Apply Now
Central Selection Board for Constables has notified for direct recruitment of female and male constables in Bihar Police, Bihar Military police, and other unite of police. The recruitment will be done for 9900 vacancies. The last date to apply through online medium is August 30, 2017. Applications sent via post will not be entertained. The selection process will comprise of two rounds- written examination and physical fitness test. Before appointment, every candidate will have to undergo medical examination failing which will lead to disqualification.
EligibilityThe candidate must have cleared Intermediate (10+2) or should have Maulavi certificate from the Bihar Madarsa Board or should have Shashtri (with English) or Acharya (without English) certificate from the Sanskrit Board or any other equivalent certificate recognized by the Bihar State Government.
The lower age limit is 18 years and upper age limit for selection is 25 years for male and female candidates belonging to the general category. The upper age limit for backward classes male candidates is 27 years and female candidates is 28 years. The upper age limit for scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates is 30 years for both male and female candidates. The age for all the applicants will be determined as on June 1, 2017.
There are certain physical measurement criteria for applicants as well, which can be seen in the official notification available on the CSBC website.
Application ProcessThe online application process begins from today, i.e. July 31, 2017 on the official CSBC website (www.csbc.bih.nic.in). The last date to apply online is August 30, 2017.
The application fee is Rs. 450 for backward classes and unreserved categories. The application fee is Rs. 112 for scheduled caste and scheduled tribes.
Candidate should have a valid email id and phone number to complete the online application form. One applicant can submit only one application form.
