DRDO Recruitment 2017 For Apprentice Post, 150 Vacancies At GTRE, Details At drdo.gov.in
Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has released job notification for apprenticeship training at Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE), Bengaluru. A total of 150 vacancies are open for recruitment for graduate, diploma and ITI certificate holders. Candidates can submit their applications (in the prescribed format) to The Director, Gas Turbine Research Establishment, CV Raman Nagar, Bengaluru-560093. Details in this regard can be found at the official website of DRDO at drdo.gov.in. As a part of the selection process, candidates should note that there would be no interview for Diploma and ITI trades.
There will not written exam for selection; however those applying for graduate apprentice training program will have to undergo interview process.

ITI Apprentice Trainees: 30 posts
Candidates must be in the age group of 18-27 years (age relaxation guidelines can be checked from the official job notification).
Applicants should note that, 'those candidates who have completed the qualifying examination as regular candidate are only eligible to apply,' reads the official notification. Further it also mentions that those candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or at present undergoing apprenticeship training under any organization and who have more than one year work experience are not eligible to apply.
Final list of selected candidates will be declared on 27 September 2017 and date of joining at GTRE will be 3 October 2017. Candidates should regularly follow the website of DRDO for changes, if any.
