Federal Bank PO Recruitment 2017: Online Application Begins, Apply Before February 28

Today is the last day for online application submission of Federal Bank PO recruitment. Federal Bank, one of the leading private sector banks in the country, had released notification for recruitment of Probationary Officers earlier. The application process began online on February 18 and the online registration will remain open till February 28. The bank will conduct an online test on March 11. The candidates selected by way of online test will also have to appear for a group discussion and personal interview. The online exam will be conducted at 15 different centers across India.

Eligibility Condition
Candidates who have completed graduation with 60% marks from any recognized university or post-graduation with 55% marks from a recognized university.
Candidates should not be more than 28 years of age as on January 1, 2017.
Candidate must have minimum 1 year experience in Clerical/ Officer cadre in any scheduled commercial/ co-operative banks as on January 01, 2017.
How to Apply
Step one: Visit the official website: www.federalbank.co.in
Step two: Click on the Careers link and then click on 'Apply Now' under Recruitment Process for probationary Officers.
Step three: Fill all the details in the application form carefully and upload necessary documents.
Step four: Submit the form.
The application process will not be complete without application fee payment. The application fee can be paid via Debit card/Credit card/Internet banking/Cash cards/Mobile Wallets. There is no provision for offline payment of application fee.
Selection Process
Candidates who apply for the post of Probationary Officer at Federal Bank will first have to appear in a computer-based Aptitude Test. The Aptitude test will be objective in nature and will be of 90 minutes duration. The test will have following five sections:
Verbal Ability - English Language: 35 questions
Logical Aptitude - Reasoning: 35 questions
Quantitative/Numerical Ability: 30 questions
General, Socio-economic and Banking Awareness: 30 questions
Marketing/Sales Aptitude: 20 questions
Each question will carry one mark and there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. The online aptitude test will be followed by a Psychometric Questionnaire of 15 minutes duration.
Candidates who qualify Aptitude test will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
Federal Bank PO Scale and Grade-pay
Candidates who are selected through the recruitment process will be appointed as PO Scale I. The grade pay for the selected candidates will be:
Rs. 23700 - 980/7 - 30560 - 1145/2 - 32850 - 1310/7 - 42020
Selected candidates will be on a probation of 2 years.
