GDS Recruitment 2017 At Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle
Online application process has begun for Madhya Pradesh Postal Circle for Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) recruitment. Class 10th pass candidates are eligible to apply for it, provided they are in the age group of 18-40 years as on the last date of submission of application. With a total of 1859 vacancies, MP postal recruitment will definitely open up greater opportunities for job aspirants. Candidates should note that the educational qualification should be from approved state boards.

Regarding educational qualification, the official notification states that "No weightage will be given for possessing any qualification(s) higher than the mandatory educational qualification." In addition to this, candidates who have cleared the Class 10 exam in the first attempt will be treated meritorious against those passed compartmentally.
Further candidates must have computer knowledge and required to furnish basic computer training certificate for at least 60 days from a recognized Computer Training Institute.
Candidates have to apply online at the official website of India Post at indiapost.gov.in. Candidates can also apply at appost.in/gdsonline.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of the online applications. "Only marks obtained in 10th standard of approved Boards aggregated to percentage to the accuracy of 4 decimals will be the criteria for finalizing the selection."
