New Delhi: High Court of Rajasthan has released recruitment notification for 15 translator posts. Interested candidates should read the official notification released at hcraj.nic.in before applying. Candidates should note that offline application has been asked by HC Rajasthan. Candidate must be a Post Graduate in English Literature from any recognized university established by law in India; preference will be given to a law graduate.Other details can be found below.
Out of the total vacancies, 9 posts are reserved for General category, 2 for SC, 1 for ST and the rest for OBC. Candidate must be in the age group of 18-35 years.
In addition to this candidates should also fulfill the other parameters of eligibility condition as stated in the official notification.
The recruitment will be based on the performance in a test in English and Hindi translation. As stated in the official notification, "Candidates shall be given passages in English from the Judgments and Records and shall be asked to translate them into Hindi. Similarly, passages in Hindi from the Records or from some other Books etc. shall be given and the candidates shall be asked to translate them into English."
The maximum marks will be 100 and minimum will be 60; candidates will be allowed a total of 120 minutes. Both the papers will be held in two shifts of two hours each in one day.
