IB ACIO Tier 1 Exam Result Likely To Be Out Soon, No Official Update Yet

New Delhi: Intelligence Bureau (IB) may declare the tier 1 exam result for the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) post recruitment this week. Candidates who had appeared for the Grade II/ Executive Exam can check their results at mha.nic.in. However, there's no official update in this regard. As per the news going around in different sections of the media, candidates can expect the result anytime this week. IB ACIO tier 1 exam was held across 33 cities in the country on 15 October.

Marred with controversies: copied questions, less time, improper management in exam hall; the exam was not conducted smoothly at many centres. Immediately after the exam, candidates took to social media platforms the inconveniences faced by them. Unsealed question paper, loss of 10-15 minutes, writing bilingual declaration for the exam and copied questions from a particular online source are some of the few important points candidates raised. IB ACIO Exam 2017: Candidates Complain Of 'Less Time, Copied Questions, Mismanagement'

After much uproar over the questions, it was brought to the notice of the candidates who have appeared for the IB ACIO exam - that the question Nos. 2, 24, 25 & 78 will not be evaluated  due to printing errors in options.

"All candidates, who appeared in ACIO-II/Exe Examination (Tier-I) held on 15.10.2017, are hereby informed  that due to printing errors in options of Question Nos. 2, 24, 25 & 78, these questions will not be evaluated  and the candidates will be short listed for next level on the basis of their performance on remaining  questions only," said the notification. Four Questions Of IB ACIO Tier 1 Exam Will Not Be Evaluated. Reason: Printing Error.
