New Delhi: Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) of Government of Jammu and Kashmir has notified 1349 posts in various departments on contract basis. JKSSB has notified 575 Junior Assistant posts, 392 Laboratory Assistant posts, 288 Library Assistant posts and 94 Junior Librarian posts. The last dates of applying these vacancies in JKSSB recruitment is November 11, 2017. The online application process for these vacancies has already started on the official website of the board.

For various vacancies in posts of Library Assistants, Junior Assistants, Laboratory Assistants and Junior Librarian, the qualification criteria are different.

JKSSB Recruitment 2017: How to apply


Candidates who are planning to apply for the vacancies of Library Assistants, Junior Assistants, Laboratory Assistants and Junior Librarian posts of Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) may follow these steps to apply:

Step One: Go to the official website of Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, ssbjk.in.
Step Two: Register yourself
Step Three: Login with your details
Step Four: Apply with your choices with entering required details
Step Five: Upload the scanned documents
Step Six: Pay the fee
Step Six: Submit

Candidates should not submit a printout of the application / fee payment receipt to JKSSB till it is actually sought for some verification/clarification purpose. Candidate should also note that above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying, no other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.

The application printout along with the fee payment receipt and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if shortlisted for subsequent stage of Selection as per the notified Criteria. Candidate can take printout of application submitted and fee payment receipt from My Account link available in software. Application printout can be taken by selecting Application ID/No and clicking on View Button.
