New Delhi: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has announced to recruit Graduate Trainees. Candidates will be selected through GATE 2018 score. Graduate trainees will be selected in Engineering and Geo Sciences disciplines. Candidates will be appointed as Class 1 executives at E1 level in the above mentioned disciplines. As of now, ONGC has not mentioned about the number of vacancies; however candidates will be updated about the same at the time of submission of online application in January 2018. GATE 2018 result has been released.
GATE 2018 score will be considered for recruitment to the post. 'The GATE 2018 Score in the subject mentioned against the posts of ONGC will be considered by ONGC for short-listing the candidates for the further selection process of Personal Interview as per the criteria decided by the Management,' reads the official notification.
Online application portal for the ONGC recruitment will begin in March/ April 2018.
About GATE 2018
IIT Guwahati will conduct GATE 2018 this year. The GATE 2018 online registration will be conducted till October 5, 2017. Conducted by IIT Guwahati this year, as the earlier practice, GATE 2018 online registration and application process of the exam will be maintained through GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS) which is hosted in gate.iitg.ac.in.
