New Delhi: Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha has begun the application process for Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2017. The application form can be filled online on the official BSE, Odisha website. The application process begins today and will end on September 6, 2017 at 11:45 pm. The exam is being conducted for two papers, and a candidate can apply only for one of the two papers. So candidates should check the requirement for both the papers and apply carefully. Those who apply for both the papers will be disqualified.
To apply, a candidate will have to first register through the online application link provided on the official website. For registration they would need name as on official records, email id and mobile number. After successful registration, the first step will be to pay the application fee through SBI collect service. On payment of application fee candidates would receive a DU reference number which is essential to continue the application process.
The application fee can be paid both online and offline. For online payment, DU Reference Number will be generated by the Bank after payment is made either through ATM Card or Net Banking.
In case of offline payment, DU Reference Number will be generated prior to payment is made. The candidate will have to download the "PRE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PAYMENT (PAP) FORM" which is the Bank Challan form. The cash payment has to be done through the said PAP form in the nearest State Bank of India branch. The DU Reference Number will already be printed on this form.

In both cases, candidate should login to their account 12 hours after payment of application fee and complete the rest of the application form. The application form has following five sections, and a candidate should fill each one carefully:
After final submission of the application form, candidate would receive an acknowledgement slip which should be saved for future use.
