New Delhi: Here is a good news for all those who are searching for jobs in police. Rajasthan Police has notified the recruitment of 5,390 posts of police constables in the state and the application process started today. The registration for Rajasthan Police recruitment process will be held till November 21, 2017. The Rajasthan Government had earlier recommended 5,500 vacancies in police force in the state. The detailed Rajasthan Police constable recruitment details can be found in the notification linked below.
In the Rajasthan police constable recruitment, there will be 4684 general constable posts, 402 general constable - TSP / Sahria Area posts and 304 Constable (Driver) posts.
The candidates should fill one application form for the recruitment and if one candidate is found to have filled two or more application forms, such forms will not be accepted.
The Rajasthan police recruitment tests will be held in computer mode.
Earlire some reports suggested that Rajasthan Police was going to recruit more than 10000 personnel to the force.
The officials have told a Hindi Newspaper then that the proposal for the recruitment in Rajasthan police would be sent to the Finance Ministry for approval soon.
Before this, more than 12000 constables were recruited in the Rajasthan police force during the Congress dispensation.
According to the notification released on October 18, the job aspirants who are applying for Rajasthan Police Constables posts should be 8th/10th/12th standard pass from any recognized board.
There will be written examination, physical skill test, skill test and medical test for the recruitment of Rajasthan Police constables.

Candidates need to generate SSO ID from sso.rajasthan.gov.in or e-mitra kiosk or help centres.
There will be no charges for generating SSO ID.
Candidates shall have to apply at the official website www.police.rajasthan.gov.in. Detailed instruction is available online. Those who wish to apply through e-mitra kiosk shall have to deposit a sum of Rs 26.
Candidates shall have to upload their recent photograph (50kb-100kb) and signature (50kb) while submitting their application online.
General candidates have to pay fees of Rs 400 (Rs 350 for reserved categories)
