SBI PO 2017: Preparation Strategy Of Toppers

New Delhi: SBI PO exam is less than a month away. All the applicants of the exam would by now be in the last leg of preparation. However, not everyone will be lucky to land the most coveted of bank jobs. What is it that the toppers do differently than other candidates? What is it that sets them apart? We hear stories of people cracking the exam in their first attempt while there are others who slog for years before they get a breakthrough. First things first, the candidates who fall in the bracket of top scorers devote more time to solving mock tests. Their focus on mock tests helps them understand the exam pattern and the type of questions asked like the back of their hand. They become too familiar with the types of questions. 

They know more shortcut tricks of solving questions than there are types of questions in the SBI PO exam. They spend equal time on practicing shortcut tricks as on mock tests. With practice their mind becomes wired to recall shortcut tricks by just looking at a question. 

They know the art of choosing the right question. While it is important to choose the right answer in a multiple-choice based question paper, toppers also know to choose the right question. No one can solve all the questions in a question paper and a candidate must know which question to answer first, which last and which to leave altogether. This helps them manage their time properly.

This brings us to the next strategy followed by toppers, time management. They know how to manage their time during the exam session. They know how much time they need to devote to one section and one question. They never exceed their time limit and if they are not able to solve a question in their self-assigned duration they move on to the next question.

One most important quality of a topper is, they never stress about the exam. They are always chilled out and confident of their preparation.
