The Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI, has announced jobs for graduates and postgraduates. SEBI will recruit for Officer grade A / Assistant Manager post in general, legal, IT and engineering stream. Online registration for the recruitment has begun and candidates can submit their application till October 7, 2018. A total of 120 vacancies have been notified by SEBI. 'Candidates are permitted to apply for posts in multiple streams as per their educational qualifications. Separate on-line application for each stream will have to be submitted and requisite fee is to be paid for each application,' reads the job notification.

The upper age limit to apply for the job is 30 years. Candidates can apply online at sebi.gov.in.
SEBI will select candidates on the basis of online preliminary exam (phase I), online main exam (phase II) and interview (phase III). The preliminary exam will be held on November 17. 'Candidates would have to secure minimum 40% cut-off marks separately for each test in order to qualify for Phase II. Marks obtained in Phase I shall be used only for shortlisting the candidates for Phase II examination process and will not be counted for final selection of the candidates,' clarifies the recruiting body about the selection process.
