SSC CGL 2017: Tier 1 Result Expected Tomorrow; Check 2016 Cut Off

New Delhi: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be declaring the result for Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier I exam conducted in August, 2017 tomorrow. The result declaration date was announced by SSC through a notification about several other SSC exam results. Candidates who qualify the Tier I exam will be eligible to appear for Tier II exam. Last year, the commission had declared the Tier I exam result On November 8. The Tier I exam was conducted in online mode and had four sections. Each section comprised 25 questions and carried 2 marks.

How to check SSC CGL Tier I Result 2017?

Step one: Go to SSC official website: www.ssc.nic.in
Step two: Click on the results tab and then click on the CGL tab in the results window.
Step three: Click on the result link for SSC CGL Tier I 2017.
Step four: The result will be available in a pdf format. Download the pdf and check for your roll number.

SSC CGL Tier I cut off

The cut off marks will also be announced along with the result for Tier I. For SSC CGL, there is no sectional cut off, however there is an overall cut off. The cut off marks are expected to be on similar lines as last year cut off. Last year the cut off for general category candidates was 137.0. The last year cut off for other categories is given below:
