SSC JE 2016 exam on 1-4 March 2017
New Delhi:
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will begin conducting the Junior Engineer (JE) examination 2016 (Paper 1) today. The exam will be conducted in online mode. With the exam starting today, candidates must be acquainted with the important instructions as released by the Commission. In order to appear for the examination, candidates must learn about the do's and don'ts inside the examination hall. Candidates are hereby informed that SSC will conduct the Paper 1 of JE Exam 2016 from 1 March 2017 till 4 March 2017. More details in this regard can be found below.

Candidates should appear for the examination only once.
Candidates should not bring any bags, mobile phones and other prohibited items to the exam venue.

Questions will appear in the given pattern:
- Questions related to PART-A (General Engineering-Civil & Structural), PART-B (General Engineering-Electrical) and PART-C (General Engineering- Mechanical) depending upon candidate's choice filled at the time of registration will appear first.
- Questions related to General Intelligence & Reasoning and General Awareness will appear thereafter.
- Before the examination begins, candidates should ensure that the correct choice of stream (Civil & Structural / Mechanical / Electrical) as mentioned during registration is appearing on the computer screen.
Candidates should appear for the examination only once.
Candidates should not bring any bags, mobile phones and other prohibited items to the exam venue.
