New Delhi: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the examination notification for the recruitment of Assistant Commandants in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). The application window has been opened for interested candidates by UPSC today. May 5 is the last date for online application. The notification for UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandants recruitment 2017 has released 179 vacancies this year. The application forms can be filled from www.upsc.gov.in.
The selection process of UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandants recruitment consists of Written Examination, Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Standards Tests, Interview/Personality Test and Final Selection / Merit.
The written examination of the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandants recruitment will be conducted by Union Public Service Commission on July 23, 2017 and will comprise two papers. Paper I will be held from 10 a.m. to 12.00 Noon and Paper II will be held from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

The eligible candidates will be issued an admit card three weeks before the commencement of the examination. The admit cards will be made available in the UPSC website - www.upsc.gov.in -for downloading by candidates.
