Rain and thundershowers would occur at many places in coastal Karnataka, officials from the meteorological department said today.
Bengaluru city will experience a generally cloudy sky with light rain in some areas today, officials said.
The maximum temperature in Bengaluru is likely to hover around 30.2 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature is likely to be around 20 degrees Celsius, officials added.
On Wednesday, Bengaluru recorded a maximum temperature of 30.2 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature was 20.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
Relative humidity stood at 86 per cent.
In Karnataka, Raichur recorded the highest temperature at 36.9 degrees Celsius while Kalaburgi recorded 35.4 degree Celsius on Wednesday.
