Septuagenarian held for rape of mentally challenged woman

Bangalore: A septuagenarian has been arrested on the charge of raping a 22-year-old mentallychallenged woman here, police said.

Dastagir Khan was arrested last night hours after he allegedly raped the woman, his neighbour, when she was aloneat her residence, police said.

The victim's mother, a nurse, was at her workplace when the incident occurred in the evening, they said.
