Bengaluru: Rain and thundershowers are likely to occur at most places in Karnataka as the southwest monsoon is active in the state, the Met Office said on Saturday.

For Bengaluru, the meteorological department officials have forecast a cloudy sky with a spell or two of rain and thundershowers on Saturday.

The city recorded rainfall of 0.4 mm on Friday.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature is expected to be around 20 degrees Celsius on Saturday

Friday's maximum temperature in Bengaluru was 28.9 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 20.5 degrees Celsius, officials said.
