Two arrested for betting on crick match

Bangalore: Two persons have been arrested on charges of running an illegal betting racket on cricket matches near here, police said today.

The two were engaged in accepting bets on the cricket match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh at Mirpur yesterday, police said.

Police seized Rs five lakh, a mobile phone and laptop, a City Crime Branch police statement said.
