As per the decision, it would be extended from Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium at Kalloor to Kakkanad and this would be the third phase of Kochi Metro Rail project, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy told reporters after the cabinet meeting at Thiruvananthapuram today.
