Southern Railways to run special trains

Thiruvananthapuram: Southern Railways will be running special trains to clear the extra rush of passengers during the winter season.

Nagercoil-Chennai Weekly Superfast Special Train No 06304 would leave Nagercoil at 5.05 pm on all Mondays from December 12 to January 30, 2012 and would reach Chennai Egmore at 6.05 am the next day.

Chennai Egmore-Nagercoil weekly special train would leave Chennai Egmore at 2 pm on Tuesdays from December 13 and January 31 and would reach Nagercoil at 5.30 am the next day.

Similarly another weekly superfast train no 06306 Nagercoil-Chennai Egmore would leave Nagercoil at 5.05 p m on all Sundays from December 12 and arrive at Chennai Egmore at 6.05 am the next day.

Chennai-Egmore-Nagercoil Weekly Special would leave Chennai Egmore at 2.40 p m on Mondays from December 5 to January 30 and arrive at Nagercoil at 5.30 am the next day.

The trains will halt at Valliyur, Tirunelveli, Vanchi Maniyachchi, Kovilpatti, Sattur, Virudunagar, Madurai, Dindigal, Tiruchchirappalli, Vriddhachalam, Villupuram, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu and Tambaram.
