Union Minister Mahesh Sharma will attend the Kerala Tourism Department's ongoing week-long Onam celebrations in Thiruvananthapuram tomorrow.
The MoS for Tourism, Culture and Civil Aviation will attend the 'Ragarasam' show at the Nishagandhi auditorium as part of the celebrations, showcasing some of the important performers of the country, Kerala Tourism Minister AP Anil Kumar said today.
"The Union Minister's visit to the state is in response to Kerala Tourism's invitation," Anil Kumar said here today.
'Ragarasam - A Journey Through Ethnic Melodies and Rhythm' has well-known composer/singer, Kavalam Sreekumar, percussionist Mattannur Sankarankutty Marar and keyboard player and music director Prakash Ulleri performing.
The five-day long Onam Week celebrations that commenced on August 25 will be on till August 31.
