Kolkata: West Bengal Governor Keshari Nath Tripathi has raised important issues with visiting Bangladesh President Abdul Hamid.
Mr Tripathi, during the banquet dinner hosted in Abdul Hamid's honour yesterday at Raj Bhavan, raised issues including smuggling of fake currency notes, illegal migration and trans-border cattle smuggling with the Bangladesh President, a statement issued by Raj Bhavan said today.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was also present during the meeting.
