Kolkata woman trying to park car runs over 8-yr-old, crushing him to death

Kolkata: An eight-year-old boy was crushed to death when he was hit by a car in the Lake Town area of Kolkata yesterday, police sources said today.

Shubam Sharma was returning home from school when he was run over by the car crushed to death. The woman, who was driving the car, was trying to reverse the car and park it in the garage, the sources said.

The woman, Shreya Sarbadhikary, has been arrested, the sources added.
