On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of United Nations, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today called for rededicating "ourselves" for peace and goodwill among countries.
"Today on the 70th anniversary of the United Nations, let us rededicate ourselves to peace and goodwill among countries, big and small," Ms Banerjee tweeted.

October 24 is the anniversary of the entry into force of the UN Charter in 1945 and is celebrated as UN Day.
