Kolkata: A power sub-station in Kolkata's Dum Dum area today caught fire, officials said.
In the morning, fire was reported from the power sub-station of private power utility CESC after which fifteen tenders were rushed to the spot, fire brigade officials said.
Efforts are being made to control the spread of the blaze into nearby areas.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, they said adding that no reports of any injury has been received so far.
