The girl's family, upon learning of the incident, lodged an FIR following which the arrests were made.
The teenager is undergoing medical treatment at a local hospital.
A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped on Saturday in West Bengal's Hooghly district, police said.
The incident was reported from Uttarpara area in the district.
Police said the accused took the girl, studying in class 9, to a deserted building and raped her.
