Kolkata: Trinamool Congress lawmaker and the party's youth wing president Abhishek Banerjee's health condition improved today, a day after he met with an accident on NH-2 near Singur, while returning to Kolkata from Murshidabad.
"The condition of Abhishek Banerjee is much better. He is completely out of danger. The CT scan report was normal. An MRI has also been conducted today. We are waiting for the report and are planning to shift him to a normal cabin in a day or two," hospital CEO P Tandon said.
Mr Banerjee is presently in ITU, Mr Tandon said.
