Two persons were killed when a fire broke out in a hotel here tonight, police sources said.
The fire broke out in a hotel on the Chittaranjan Avenue at around 9 pm, the sources said.
Two persons were trapped inside the hotel during the fire. Fire Brigade personnel took out the duo and rushed them to a hospital where they died, the sources said.
Four fire tenders were rushed to the spot which extinguished the fire.
The cause of the fire was not immediately known, the sources added.
