Kolkata:
The body of a young woman, strangulated with a muffler, was found by a riverside in West Bengal on Sunday, police said.
Police are not sure if she was also raped and are awaiting the post-mortem report.
The body was found in the Diamond Harbour area of South 24-Parganas district, around 50 km from Kolkata.
The woman's family members have alleged rape and murder in their police complaint.
