Jab We Met released in 2007 and became a hit overnight. After all, it's ranked in the top-ten most romantic movies in bollywood.

It is one of the only romantic movies after DDLJ that the entire nation fell in love with. Gorgeous backdrops of the fields of Punjab, snow capped mountains of the Himalayas and the Indian wear worn by Kareena Kapoor made the movie more iconic. Kareena Kapoor's outfits, especially, became a benchmark for many women. So in order to celebrate 10 years of this iconic movie (yes, we are growing old), here are three looks we absolutely love and that will be etched in our minds forever!

1. The Patiala With The Long T-Shirt
The patiala salwar paired with a printed long t-shirt with a colourful inner, and mojaris to complete the look, became the ultimate go-to for a stroll in the market or a casual outing. This was the outfit everyone turned to when they were too lazy to dress up, yet wanted to look stylish.

2. The Short Kurti With Jeans
The short kurti and jeans with a shrug on top, was a major OOTD goal back in the day! Even when Instagram was nowhere in sight, this look was captured by many trying to make a style statement. A kurta paired with jeans is a super comfortable outfit even today. The difference between 2007 and 2017 is that the silhouettes have changed. That's all!

3. The Corset With A Skirt
The trend that is in vogue right now, in 2017, Bebo had already rocked back in 2007. Yes, the corset trend! A black corset worn over a white tee with a red skirt looked absolutely fabulous on her. We would love to recreate this outfit today. Wouldn't you?

Although it was Kareena rocking these looks and making them so popular, it was the ace designer Manish Malhotra who was the brain behind these looks. Thanks to him, the character Geet has been immortalised.

"Main apni favourite hoon", right girls? What do you think about these looks? Let us know in the comments section below.
